With its indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor play areas and large garden, the cottage already offers many possibilities.

Departing from the gîte or from the neighboring villages, you will enjoy many walks or cyclists.

The Ravel which passes through the village will take you to Chimay and its castle, Thuin, its Belfry, its hanging gardens and the pretty valley of the Haute Sambre (Abbaye d'Aulne). A Ravel link also provides access to the Eau d'Heure or Val Joly lakes (France). Bicycles can be rented nearby.

The Eau d'Heure Lakes offer various water activities (sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, diving, aquacentre, ...) but also a course in the trees, a golf course, playgrounds and beaches.

Barbançon, Ragnies and Lompret are 3 villages recognized as "the most beautiful villages in Wallonia".
